Responsibilities
[Curriculum R&D] Works with the team to develop learning programs for children with special needs based on cutting-edge child development education research and programs.
[Assessment] Conducts cognitive-behavioral assessments for children with special needs, produces reports, and interprets the child's developmental situation to parents.
[Teaching] Provides one-on-one on-site support to help children improve their learning abilities and provide parents with support and guidance.
Competencies
[Education] University degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) with overseas student experience
[Work Experience] 1-3 years working experience in education industry, psychology/therapeutic/counseling services, service industry, consulting. Strong written and oral communication skills.
[Professionalism] Interest in neurotypical and atypical childhood development, superb learning ability, professional and warm demeanor in communication, fluent in English.
[Traits] Caring to children, empathetic to parents, and passionate about education. Open-minded and possesses a growth-mindset.
